Renovation of a medical facility in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Cath/EP Lab Renovations HVAC Controls - In order to provide HVAC patient and staff comfort control and monitoring on the newly installed HVAC equipment for the new Cath/EP labs 1 through 5 being constructed, the necessary controls need to be provided and installed that are compatible with our base BMS system. This policy applies to all projects in the Hospital and/or contracted by the Hospital that requires construction, renovation, repair, excavation and demolition. All work on this Contract is to be completed by April 2024. MWBE/SDVOB (Minority & Women Business Enterprise/Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business) participation goals. A site visit is not necessary but can be provided upon request. Bids must be submitted in triplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. MBE (26%), WBE (4%)
