The Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: work addressing floor/finish damage in multiple spaces at Media Arts Center/Building #1; the flooring, base, and finished walls in art rooms, support spaces, basement corridors and great room are all in need of replacement due to substantial wear and tear; improvements include flooring demo and replacement, wall patch/repair and paint to all surfaces. Spaces have already been tested for potential presence of hazardous materials and cleared. Deposits may be electronically paid or if by check, must be a certified or cashier's check. Otherwise, the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. Additional sets may be purchased for $50.00/set. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate certified/cashier's check for $40.00/set for UPS Ground (or $65.00/set for UPS Overnight), payable to BidDocsOnline, Inc., to cover mail handling costs.
