Renovation of a swimming pool in Cardiff, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Scope of Work - (details in the scope of work are general and do not replace the engineered plans for this project.) It will be the responsibility of the contractor to book inspections with the Building Department as required. Plumbing including installation of two (2) showers, two (2) toilets, two 2 sinks - All sinks and toilets must meet Accessibility Standards - Faucets by Moen or equal - Faucets to be single lever style - Provide new grab bars and washroom accessories as required. - Install new hot and cold supply, drain, waste, and vents as required. The plumbing contractor is responsible for determining how the drainage connection to the building sewage discharge can be made, and no "Extra" costs will be entertained for obtaining same. All materials and labour required shall be included in the base contract price, unless stipulated in the tender submission as an "Alternative Price" item. Miscellaneous - Additional Ventilation System installed in Filter Room (below grade) triggered by a timer or a humidity sensor.
