[RP3] Bid forms and documents setting out the conditions to be met or known are available in the Quebec government's electronic tendering system. The documents can be obtained according to the cost established by the electronic tendering system. To be eligible, any bid must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality before dated and be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount. The opening of the tenders will take place at the same place, immediately after the closing time of the tenders. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or those having a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the agreement on the release of public markets in Quebec and the Ontario and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-11).
