Renovation of a fire / police facility in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of an existing 19,000 square foot shingle roof at the Circleville Fire Department. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Circleville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
