The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for internal valve inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the fire sprinkler systems for the Convention and Sports Facilities Department in accordance with the specifications listed herein. Facilities included in this contract include: Convention Center, Lila Cockrell Theater, the Carver Community Cultural Center. Fire extinguisher and suppression system inspections and maintenance are NOT included in this solicitation. Exceptions to the Restrictions on Communications: Respondents may submit written questions concerning this IFB to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, June 17, 2022. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail to: Alexis Sendejo, Procurement Specialist II City of San Antonio, Finance Department - Purchasing Division alexis.sendejo@sanantonio.gov Questions submitted and the Citys responses will be posted with this solicitation.
