The documents will be available on the website starting Friday, February 11, 2022, all subject to the pricing established by this organization (non-refundable). The price submitted must be global. Any addition or modification likely to restrict the scope of this commitment will result in the rejection of the tender. In the case of a submission transmitted electronically, the submission must be submitted (encrypted, transmitted, timestamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of submissions. Each of the bidders must provide with his bid, a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bond, for an amount representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, including all taxes. The City of Val-d'Or does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in preparing and submitting their bid.
