Site work for a municipal facility in Broomfield, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 Southlands-Linear Park Phase 2-160th Avenue-Sheridan Parkway Phase 2 Grading.The project is located east of Sheridan Parkway and South of State Highway 7 in Broomfield, CO. Work is anticipated to start May 2, 2022 with substantial completion by November 7, 2022. The project generally includes clear and grub, earthwork, erosion control, traffic control, and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 and City and County of Broomfield. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid.Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. Each bid must be accompanied by a qualification statement demonstrating present commitments, past performance, experience with comparable work, equipment available for this project, and resumes for key personnel who would be assigned to this project. The District may choose to schedule interviews with select bidders following the bid opening. No bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter to a surety or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District. Each bid must be accompanied by a subcontractor and supplier list for proposed labor, services, and/or materials. Bidding contractors must self-perform a minimum of seventy percent (70%) of the work. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest. Project No. 21.953.0029 PROJECT NO.: BASELINE SLAND-LPPH2-160AVE-SHERPWPH2 This Construction Activities Stormwater Management Plan (CASWMP) is for the Preble Creek Phase II improvements and the adjacent roadway widenings of W 160 th Ave and Sheridan Parkway. The roadway portion of this project will widen Sheridan Parkway between C 470 and Preble Creek Parkway and will widen W 160 th Ave between Sheridan Parkway and just east of the proposed Flex Industrial buildings. The channel will be improved starting with Pond 112, located south of W 160 th Ave and east of Sheridan Parkway, and then continued north to just north of Preble Creek Parkway. This plan has been prepared for the site specific stormwater erosion controls in conjunction with the site stormwater controls.
