Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building which is located at the Board office 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 1, 2022. Roofing contractors shall be a qualified installer under the Soprema P.A.Q. warranty system. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened. Bid Bonds are required to accompany the tender in the amounts of $55,000.00 (Fifty-five Thousand Dollars) A site meeting with the Architect has been arranged for Tuesday February 22, 2022 at 10:15 a.m., at Clinton Public School, 27 Percival Street, Clinton ON, N0M 1L0. Access to the school will be available on this day only. Contractors wishing to inspect the above noted roof are asked to check in at the office upon arrival. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to Roofing Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc, 516 Huron Street, Stratford, N5A 5T7. contact: Lynne Taylor, lynne@marklevitz.com.
