Site work for a water / sewer project in Westport, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 for each calendar day that the Contractor shall be in default after the time stipulated in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 15% of the bid. Bids that are not accompanied by a bid bond will be deemed non-responsive. A performance bond in the full dollar amount of the work on the attached form supplied by the Town of Westport will be required. The Town of Westport reserves the right to waive any defects and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever, and to accept that bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Westport.
