Upgrades and improvements to the aerated lagoons of the Sainte-Marianne wastewater treatment plant. The scope of the project includes construction work to increase the plant treatment capacity. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. The owner has adjusted the value of the project included in the City 2025-2027 Three-Year Capital Works Program according to available funds. In the budget of 2026 the owner has allocated an amount of $3.85M for preliminary studies for this project implementation. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Further update in late 2026.
