Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bellevue, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Said bids will be tabulated and referred to the City Administrator for recommendations to the City Council. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities. Questions may be directed to the City's Engineer, Mike Yeager by email at myeager@primeeng.com. Each bidder must deposit with his bids, security in the amount of ten (10%) percent in the form of bid bond or certified check, subject to the conditions outlined in this Invitation for Bid. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the bid opening. Deadline for Vendor Questions or Clarification. February 12, 2022 by 10:00 AM Liquidated Damages. In addition to the Compensatory Damages provided above, the Parties agree that an amount of $ 200/Day shall be assessed for each day after any Milestone Date that the Work is not complete and ready for Final Payment. The Parties further agree that this amount does not represent a penalty and that the actual amount of damages for delay cannot be readily ascertained at the time of executing this Agreement. Said bid shall be emailed to City Clerk Mary Scott at mary.scott@bellevueky.org with the subject line reading "BID FOR BELLEVUE HILLSIDE STABILIZATION" and must be delivered no later than 10:00 AM prevailing time February 17, 2022. Bid shall be accompanied by Bid security and other required documents.
