The anticipated award date is March 21st 2022.** CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/1/2022 12:00 AM Only prequalified bidders are eligible. Proposal must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Summit Township. The successful bidder is required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds of 100% of the contract amount. Work performed must be in conformance with the plans and specifications. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. 2022 Summit Township Paving Project includes Repaving of Douglas Parkway from Peach Street east to the cul-de-sac on Douglas Parkway. Work is to include but not be limited to asphalt milling, asphalt pavement repair, asphalt wearing course, and line striping. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located on Douglas Parkway east of Peach Street.
