The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for installation of foundation and utilities in support of two (2) prefabricated garage buildings. Scope of work includes demolition, saw-cutting, steel reinforcement, concrete foundations, slabs, utilities, exhaust fans, electrical and plumbing and full coordination with building fabricator and installer.
