Site work for an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project includes installation of two large brick piers with "Leaping Tiger" logo, surrounded by new landscaping bed and lighting, flanking East Getwell Loop Street to create a new entry portal. Decorative metal fencing (to match existing) extends east and west to a series of smaller brick piers, 2 in each direction. Beyond the last brick pier, the decorative metal fencing extends 95 feet in both directions (base scope), with black vinyl-coated chain link fencing extending east to the property line and west to the existing decorative metal fencing at the baseball stadium gate. In Alternate #1 decorative metal fencing, to match existing, is to replace the chain link fencing throughout. See attached project manual and drawings for details. All questions regarding project must be submitted in writing by email to craig@designshop-arc.com by deadline of March 4, 2022 by 1:00 pm.
