Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Proposals for the work as indicated on the contract documents will be received as follows: Unified Bi d Package: Base Bid shall include General, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Construction. The Bid Documents, including plans, specifications, and Bid Pro-posal Package are on file and avail-able for inspection at the follow-ing locations: Evansville Regional Airport 7801 Bussing Drive Evansville, Indiana 47725 Hafer, PSC 21 SE Third Street, Suite 800 Evansville, IN 47708. A complete set of bid documents will be available on February 14, 2022 and may be obtained from: Copies of the Plans and Specifica-tions may be obtained from MACO - Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812) 464- 8108 or by accessing website using ur company's active account in-fo yormation. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking "Register for an accoun-t . Registered account holders may download digital files for a nomi-nal fee. One (1) set of bidding documents consists of one (1) Project Manual and one (1) Complete Set of Draw-ings. After award of contract, the con-tractor shall be furnished with Three (3) sets of plans and specifi-cations. A cashier's check, money order, certified check or bid bond payable without condition to the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted by the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District, a contract will be entered into and the perform-ance of the contract properly se-cured. The successful bidder will be re-quired to furnish a satisfactory Per-formance Bond and Payment Bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Con-tract. All proposals shall include a Bid Form, acceptable Bid Security, Con-tractor's Financial Statement, and other documents required by the Contract Documents. Any Bid not accompanied by the aforemen-tioned required items shall be deemed to be non-responsive Bid. No Bidder may withdraw the pro-posal within a period of 60 calen-dar days following the date set for the receipt of bids. The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 60 calendar days and said bid shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport AuthorityDistrict further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the Contract to any Bidder all to the advantage of the Evansville Regional Airport or to reject all bids. This project is subject to the re-quirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended. The Contractor is re-quired to comply with wage and labor provisions and to pay mini-mum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department of Labor. Award of contract is also subject to the following Federal provisions: DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 26 Dis-advantaged Business Enterprise Participation Executive Order 11246 and DOL Regulation 41 CFR PART 60 - Affir-mative Action to Ensure Equal Em-ployment Opportunity DOL Regulation 29 CFR Part 5 - Davis Bacon Act Certification Regarding Debarment and Suspension (Non-Procurement) - Title 2 CFR Part 1200 and Title 2 CFR Part 180 Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 - 41 U.S.C. 702 through 706 DOT Regulation 49 CFR PART 30 - Denial of Public Works Contracts to Suppliers of Goods and Services of Countries that Deny Contracts to Suppliers of Goods and Services of Countries that Deny Procurement Market Access to U.S. Contractors (Foreign Trade Restriction). TITLE 49 United States Code, CHAP-TER 501 - Buy American Preferen-ces The Evansville-Vanderburgh Air-port Authority District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals re-ceived or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Evansville Regional Airport at the time and under the conditions stipulated in the Contract Docu-ments to the extent permitted by law.
