The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment to perform the following: Raw Water Inflow: 1,300 gpm Treatment Process: Meet EPD Guidelines for Iron (<0.3 mg/L) and Manganese (<0.05 mg/L) Filter Tank Set Up: Three tank system (If not available, provide a 1 tank system.) Full Request for Proposal Package is on file at the Georgia Procurement Registry for Local Governments and Parker Engineering, LLC. Copies may be obtained from Parker Engineering, LLC., 36 Courtland Street, Suite B, Statesboro, Georgia 30458, Phone: (912) 764-7722, Email: robert@parker-engineering.com Funding is to be provided by the City of Waynesboro, the US Economic Development Administration, and the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority. Deadline for questions about RFP will be March 4th, 2022 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Proposals and to reject the Proposal of any Proponent if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Proponent, whether because the Proposal is not responsive or the Proponent is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
