Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; transportation facility; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the following construction activities: 1) The clearing and. grubbing, levee removal and floodplain restoration, 2) The construction of 405 feet of new pedestrian bridge, 3) Construction of a new Classroom building with associated sitework and utilities. The Tribe will give preference to Alaska Native and Indian owned Economic Enterprises so long as the bid does not exceed the lowest bid by 5% and proves not less than 51% ownership. State lien laws do not apply when the project is located on Federal Trust Land. This is not a Federal Contract., responsibility for compliance with and enforcement, of the contract resides with the Tribe. In the bid documents, specifications and drawings, the Tribe may also be referred to as the 'owner', 'Engineer', or 'agency'. All work shall conform to the Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, 2022 edition and the special provisions.
