Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a bid, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at the address following e-mail address: infosoumissionDIO@sqi.gouv.qc.ca CONTRACT LENGTH The work covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of 36 months, beginning between May 1, 2022 and May 15, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years.
