California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is requesting a Contractor to provide on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis; all labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes and incidentals necessary to repair backup generator systems of two California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) facilities in Fresno County The contract term will be from July 1, 2022 or upon California Department of Fish and Wildlife approval date, whichever is later, through December 31, 2023. All questions concerning this IFB must be submitted directly to Stephanie Mercado at Stephanie.Mercado@wildlife.ca.gov on or before March 11, 2022 Notice of Intent to Award 3/23/2022 Proposed Award Date 4/02/2022 Contractor shall pay to State, as liquidated damages, the sum of ($250.00) for each and every Calendar Day's delay in finishing the Work under this Contract beyond the stipulated number of days, or any adjustments thereof. State may deduct liquidated damages from funds due or that become due Contractor. A Payment Bond, to accompany the IT, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the IT Sum securing payment for laborers, mechanics, and materials suppliers used on the Work under the IT. CDFW reserves the right to reject all bids. CDFW is not required to award an agreement.
