Grand Valley State University is accepting proposals for Lamps/Bulbs for our Allendale and Grand Rapids Downtown Campuses. Reference attached instructions and product specifications. This request for proposal is for a one (1) year contract. Contract period from March 1, 2022 through March 1,2023. Grand Valley State University is requesting guaranteed pricing for the length of the above contract period. Grand Valley State University reserves the right to renew contract for two (2) additional years in one (1) year increments. Renewal will depend on pricing and quality of service received during the contract period. Your proposal must be received electronically by the bid opening date and time. Grand Valley State University is not responsible for e-mail bids affected by spam or not received by the bid opening date & time. No fax, verbal, or telephone proposals will be accepted. Before submitting proposal, check to be sure that: 1. The Proposal/Certification/Contract form is signed and witnessed.* 2. All addenda received are acknowledged 3. Purchasing Performance Survey is completed *Note: Electronic submission becomes your authorized signature
