This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is requesting competitive proposals from qualified general contractors to perform a kitchen countertop renovation of the existing kitchen at the Chapman Dining Hall. The objective of this request is to awardthe contract to one vendor who will perform all necessary tasks associated with the kitchen renovation. RSU requests all prospective vendors to submit proposals as defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straight forward, concise descriptionof provider capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the request. Special bindings, colored displays, promotional materials, etc. are not required. Emphasis should be on completeness and clarity of content.
