The Total Base Bid for each contractshall include all costsfor furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Contract Documents. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: Contract No. 2 - Meadowview Mobile Home Park Sewer Service Extension The Contract consists of extending sewerservice from the Owner's existing collection systemto the Meadowview Mobile Home Park and decommissioning the Mobile Home Park's existing treatment lagoons. The scope of work includes: (2) 15,000-Gallon Septic Tanks, Decommission and Reclaim Existing Sewage Treatment Lagoons, 250 LF of 10" Gravity Sewer, 1,800 LF of 8" Gravity Sewer including Stream Crossings, 20 EA Manholes, 25 VF Manhole Riser Pipe, 420 LF of 16" Steel Casing (Bore & Jack), 20 LF of 20" Steel Casing (Open Cut), 80 LF of 16" Steel Casing (Open Cut), 1 EA Connect New Sewer to Existing Manhole, 2 EA Connect Existing Sewer to New Manhole, 8 EA Connect Existing Lateral Sewer to New Sewer Main, 60 LF ofGravel Road Repair, 25 LF of Type "B" Trench Repair, and other miscellaneous items as identified in the Contract Documents. Construction time limit for contract No. 2 is 270 calendar days. If Bidding Documents are requested to be mailed by the Engineer, Biddersshall also pay $40 for the cost of shipping. All questions must be received by 5:00 PM on March 22, 2022.
