Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Installation, repair, and other work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Above and below ground systems Lines leading to and from storage tanks Fuel dispensing equipment Electrical feeds Fire safety systems Overhead canopies, etc. Monthly sump and spill bucket inspections Fuelmaster FMU hardware repair as requested and upgrades as needed/recommended by product suppler Fuelmaster software programming as needed/requested by supplier and/or City All installations and repairs shall utilize the latest, most advanced, systems and equipment available and applicable. Vendor must meet all DEP and industry standards and must be capable of performing all environmental testing required for, or associated with, the successful installation and operation of all related equipment and systems. The successful bidder must be fully capable to furnish and install all such mechanical or electrical services, devices, etc. As may be required in this work. The City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management and Budget, is soliciting bids for a Fuel Storage and Delivery System. Period of Contract to be April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2024 with two, one-year options to renew.
