The bid security must be valid for ninety (90) days. A letter of intent issued by an insurance company confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue in favor of the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each for fifty percent (50%) of the business contract and/or the issuance of surety bonds in accordance with the examples attached to the tender document. The guarantor must waive the benefit of discussion.
