** This project has been awarded to Roof Toppers Inc in the amount of $529,526.00 ** The Bids will be opened and read aloud, immediately after the closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the Bid opening. Bids will be received as follows: General Contract consisting primarily of a Roofing Replacement of Fruit Valley Elementary School. The majority of the scope is a full replacement of all asphalt shingles on the original building as well as the sloped portions of the 2005 Gym addition to the North. All flat roof areas of the original building will be replaced with new single ply membrane roof. An additive alternate will included to re-roof the 2005 gymnasium addition. This project is considered a Public Works project.
