Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Fayetteville, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,200-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract #D005826 or "GCW" including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a 2200 square foot four season bathhouse building near the west side of Green Lake. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items as specified and shown on the Drawings. Alternate #1: Provide landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc.) in accordance with Drawing C-106 and Specification Section 32 93 00. As part of the base bid, provide lawn or turf in lieu of the landscaping, as shown on Drawing C-106. The estimate range for this project is: $649,650 - 878,900.
