Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract #D005826 or "GCW" including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a 2200 square foot four season bathhouse building near the west side of Green Lake. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items as specified and shown on the Drawings. Alternate #1: Provide landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc.) in accordance with Drawing C-106 and Specification Section 32 93 00. As part of the base bid, provide lawn or turf in lieu of the landscaping, as shown on Drawing C-106. The estimate range for this project is: $649,650 - 878,900. The Bathhouse must be complete and open to the public on or before May 25, 2023. If the Bathhouse is not complete and operational on this date, liquidated damages will be charged starting May 26, 2023, and will continue to be charged until the Bathhouse is open to the public.
