Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Fayetteville, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Electrical Contract #D005827 or "ECW" including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installing all wiring, switches, outlets, boxes light fixtures, camera system, for the West Beach Bathhouse. Contract also includes removals and/or re-connections of secondary power at the existing maintenance area stone building and at the existing West Beach comfort station. Contract Work includes connection and integration with the existing surveillance system in the Environmental Education Center (EEC). Provide all cameras, cable, and raceway in the Bathhouse and in the EEC. Furnish two cameras loose to NYSOPRHP. Work includes enhanced testing and commissioning of the lighting systems as outlined in Specification Section 26 08 00. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items specified and shown on the Drawings for the following: electrical equipment, and HVAC equipment. Furnish one alarm dialer (not installed) to the Director's Representative. Dialer will be installed at a later time by the Director's Representative. Alternate #1: Provide a portable generator in accordance with Specification Section 26 32 13. The estimate range for this project is: $108,850 - 147,250. On-Site Work Shall not commence prior to September 6, 2022. Bathhouse construction must be complete, and the Bathhouse open to the public on or before May 25, 2023. The completion date for this project is 417 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. The Bathhouse must be complete and open to the public on or before May 25, 2023. If the Bathhouse is not complete and operational on this date, liquidated damages will be charged starting May 26, 2023, and will continue to be charged until the Bathhouse is open to the public.
