Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the City road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes water/sewer network upgrades, burying and moving existing overhead electrical and telecommunications networks, adding traffic lights, adding a bicycle path and a multipurpose path, extending the bicycle/multifunctional paths to Brazeau Street, moving the crossbar, replacing the street lighting system, road improvement and paving work on Chemin Sainte-Angélique from Bedard Avenue to Brazeau Street. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in late 2025/early 2026. Given the scale of the scope of work the project will be implemented in two phases. Construction start is not anticipated before late 2026/early 2027, 2025 being intended for infrastructure relocation works in the sector.
