Deadline for questions March 4, 2022 5:00 p.m. EST Answers to questions posted March 9, 2022 5:00 p.m. EST The City of Asheville (the City) is seeking professional consulting services in order to conduct a comprehensive analysis of unsheltered homelessness within the NC-501 Continuum of Care (CoC), and develop specific recommendations for effectively meeting the needs of that population. Recognizing both humanitarian concerns and the impact on the larger community, the City of Asheville, Buncombe County, and the Dogwood Health Trust are forming a collaborative effort to understand the crisis of unsheltered homelessness and develop a realistic plan for an effective crisis response and a long term solution for the CoC's unsheltered population. The City of Asheville as CoC Lead will be the administrative and contracting point of contact for this collaborative effort. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
