The Town of Lyme Highway Department will be accepting bids for the purchase of approximately 3,000 yards of 3/4 inch crushed gravel that meets NH DOT state specs. (delivered as needed by the Road agent) The Town of Lyme Highway Department will be accepting bids for the purchase of approximately 1,000 yards of 3/4 inch hard pack that meets NH DOT state specs. (delivered as needed by the Road agent) The Town of Lyme Highway Department will be accepting bids for the purchase of approximately 4000 yards of 1/2 " sand that meets NH DOT state specs. All winter sand must be delivered to the Lyme Highway Department by not later than October 14th, 2022 ("delivery" includes getting the sand to the top of the sand pile to dump - per the Road Agent's instructions and approval). Proposals will include a price per yard for material only And price per yard to delivered to the Lyme Highway Garage (Located at 24 High Street Lyme NH) The Town of Lyme reserves the right to test and will periodically test, any material that is purchased under this specification The Town of Lyme reserves the right to request a sample of your product prior to awarding the proposal. Prices are for calendar year 2022 The estimated quantity is only an estimate; actual amount will vary based on a number of factors. The Town of Lyme reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid that best fills the needs of the Town of Lyme.
