Renovation of a water / sewer project in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Remove residuals from the two (2) backwash lagoons at the Tenkiller Water Treatment Plant Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Tahlequah Public Works Authority, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. The following bonds will be required from the Contractor: -Performance Bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price -Statutory Public Works Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price -One Year Maintenance Bond to the Full Amount of the Contract Price The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
