Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Oregon Zoo is requesting proposals for Construction Management by General Contractor (CM/GC) services to plan and construct black bear improvement structure at the Oregon Zoo. CM/GC firm must provide qualified professional staff experienced in the planning, estimating, scheduling, and construction of time structures. The firm will work closely with an interdisciplinary design consulting team with expertise in landscape architecture, engineering, sustainable practices, budget and cost estimating. All questions relating to this RFP should be addressed to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Interested bidders shall RSVP to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Due to the State of Oregon's social distancing policy, no more than 10 people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. All attendees will wear face masks. The conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. Attendandance will be RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10 a.m.
