Hall County Board Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide technical and professional personnel to assist in implementing the County's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including various Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) funded projects. The selected firm must have a demonstrated history of effective collaboration with Hall County staff, residential and commercial developers, and the greater Hall County community to achieve desired programmatic outcomes. Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds will not be required for this project. All questions regarding the proposal should be directed in writing to Chuck Pinney, Interim Purchasing Manager, cpinney@hallcounty.org no later than 12:00 noon, March 18, 2022. Answers will be provided to all participating firms and posted on the County's web site in the form of a published addendum. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, to waive technicalities and informalities or to select any bidder to complete the described Work. Award of Contract will be based on quality of response, references and other subjective criteria as the County may deem necessary and as the County may determine at its sole discretion. The Undersigned Bidder expressly understands that his proposal may be rejected by the County for any reason without liability on part of the County to the Undersigned Bidder.
