Sealed bids for the City of Wilson - Miracle Field at Gillette Athletic Complex, including, but not limited to: * One (1) 800 SF single story splitface CMU convenience building (press box / restroom / storage/concession to include all HVAC, electrical and plumbing. * 600 LF 12"-1 8" storm drainage pipe including 10 drop inlets. * 140 LF trench drain. * 2,300 SY concrete plaza area and sidewalks (4" thick with 4" CABC). * 3,300 SY 8" CABC with 2" asphalt (S9.5C) for Miracle Field to include painted surface coating and field striping. @ 900 LF 6' & 8" PVC coated chain link fence with one (l) 16' std. backstop. @ One (1) 8" sewer service with manhole and one (1) 1" water service. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must make positive efforts to ritilize businesses owned by minorities and women. The Owner has developed a goal of ten percent (10%) for participation of minority-owned and women- owned business enterprises in construction contracts awarded pursuant to NCGS 143- 128. Bidders must comply with the Owner's requirements for W/MBE documentation. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of Article 2, Chapter 64 of the General Statutes. Further, if CONTRACTOR utilizes a subcontractor, CONTRACTOR shall require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes.
