This project will consist of the landscape construction of portions of the south side of Frontier Street, between Myers Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard. City of Eloy, Pinal County, Arizona, will receive bids for the Frontier Street Landscape Construction Project. This project will consist of the landscape construction of portions of the on the south side of Frontier Street, between Myers Boulevard and Sunshine Boulevard. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid and made payable to the City of Eloy. Such Check or Bid Bond will be submitted by the Bidder as a guarantee that Bidder will enter into Contract, if selected, and provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, and shall be declared forfeited as Liquidated Damages if the selected Bidder refuses to enter into said Contract after being notified of selection by the City of Eloy. Such Check or Bid Bond will be returned to those Bidders not selected (subsequent to the award of the Contract) as well as to the selected Bidder upon execution and delivery of a satisfactory one hundred percent (100%) Surety Company Performance and Payment Bonds. All Bids must include a proposed project and payment schedule. The contract for this project will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder that has submitted a Bid that conforms in all material respects to the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Submit Bids. The selection criteria are specified in the Instructions to Bidders, which is also available upon request in an electronic pdf format. The City of Eloy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding, and to withhold the award for any reason it so determines.
