The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration to establish an open-end contract for HVAC Maintenance at the Agency's Warehouse Distribution Center located at 97 Independent Avenue, Hub Industrial Park, Nitro, WV 25143. In accordance with W. Va. Code 5-22-1(a)(5), total payments under this contract will not exceed $500,000. This includes all payments under the initial contract term, any renewal terms, all delivery orders, and any change orders per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
