Work Includes general construction, mechanical, and electrical work necessary for the removal of existing condensate storage tanks and miscellaneous associated piping and pipe insulation and items associated that are not being re-used in place. Temporary condensate transfer of campus facilities steam condensate, removal of two existing condensate storage tanks and tank insulation, condensate return piping to tanks, pumps suction piping from tanks to condensate transfer pumps, salvage of three (3) existing condensate transfer pumps for reinstallation, removal of tank vents and miscellaneous drain and control monitoring piping, removal of pipe insulation, removal of concrete equipment pads, removal of electrical power and control wiring to tank monitoring and pump equipment, installation of new concrete storage tank, installation of new condensate storage tank and level controls, new condensate transfer pump suction and discharge piping reconnected to existing systems, setting of salvaged condensate transfer pumps, pipe insulation, reconnection of control and power wiring and conduits, minor painting and labeling of piping and equipment, and commissioning/training of condensate tank system operations.
