Email questions to ellie@rippeeconstruction.com by 12:00PM, Thursday, February 24, 2022 Rippee Construction, Inc., #CGC1522435, Construction Manager for Florida State University, UCA PAYROLL SERVICES RENOVATION project, will receive sealed bids from qualified trade contractors for the following work: BID PACKAGES: 02 41 SELECTIVE DEMOLITION 08 10 DOORS, FRAMES, HARDWARE, & SPECIALTIES 09 21 GYPSUM BOARD ASSEMBLIES 09 51 ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS 09 60 FLOORING 09 91 PAINTS & COATINGS 21 00 FIRE SPRINKLER 22 00 PLUMBING 23 00 HVAC 26 00 All bids shall be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders and other instructions contained in the Project Manual. All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification forms can be obtained by email: Ellie@rippeeconstruction.com. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required for all subcontracts over $100,000.
