Reference Number 0000330491 The City of Cherry Hills Village is accepting proposals from qualified firms for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal of a portion of a traffic island and reconstruction of the roadway on Belleview Avenue (SH-88) at Cherry Hills Farm Drive (the "Project"). The Project is located within the CDOT right-of-way on Belleview Avenue and all work performed will be required to meet all applicable specifications and requirements of CDOT - 2023 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, CDOT inspectors, and the City of Cherry Hills Village Project Manager. The City will be obtaining the necessary permits to perform this work. The selected Contractor will be responsible for transferring this permit to their control and meeting all the requirements of the permit. All costs associated with obtaining, transferring, and meeting the permit requirements are to be included in the bid.
