All high, mid, and low-rise Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) buildings have heating/ventilation or cooling systems controlled by a Building Automation System (BAS). However, many of these BAS controllers are locally-isolated and are not updated. In order to achieve an optimum energy management strategy without compromising tenant thermal comfort - consolidating these BAS controllers into a common cloud-based system network is necessary. Moreover, with the current TCHC mandate to save 20 percent on energy consumption across the portfolio by 2028, it is even more imperative to network and centralize these local BAS to effect system operational support and efficiencies. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of BAS Central Integration (iBMS) a various TCHC locations. In total there will be thirty (30) locations throughout the TCHC Portfolio. The listed locations require two (2) separate scopes of work and each scope has been included work sections: Section 3.1, and Section 4.1. Each section will be awarded separately to the lowest priced submission per group (excluding HST). Proponents may submit pricing for one or both sections. Each section will be evaluated separately and both section may be awarded to an individual proponent, subject to TCHC's bypass rights. TCHC reserves the right to remove any of the locations without stating reasons.
