The University of Nebraska request proposals from qualified suppliers for the procurement of a centrifugal chiller as described in the Project Specifications, delivered FOB to the Peter Kiewit Institute at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Owner is to issue a purchase order for the equipment purchase only with installation provided by others. Successful bidder will be based upon life cycle cost analysis. Bid Security shall be one of: cashier's check, certified check, or Bid Bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Nebraska.
