Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a religious / funeral development in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a religious / funeral development; for the demolition of a religious / funeral development; for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Phase 1 is approximately, 9,500 sf. Construction is a combination of masonry cavity wall with wood deck over steel beams and metal roof for a portion of the addition, and metal studs with face brick with bar joists, metal deck and EPDM system roof. Phase 1 addition will house and includes the following: -Partial demolition of Parsonage Garage -New main entrance and gathering space. -Chapel -Toilet Rooms -Elevator -Offices -Bell Tower -Upgrading existing classrooms with HVAC -Install new water service for domestic and fire protection. Includes fire sprinkler system for new and in existing. Existing is approximately 31,000 sf. Phase 2 is approximately 14,870 sf. Construction is a combination precast wall panels, bar joists, metal deck and EPDM system roof at the taller gymnasium portion of the addition. The classroom portion will be metal stud walls with metal panels, bar joists, metal deck and EPDM system roof. -Multi-purpose / Gym -Commercial Serving and Cooking Kitchen -Three Classrooms
