The work includes, but is not limited to, the decontamination of the granular pavement, the removal of the bituminous asphalt from the existing pavement as well as the installation of a granular foundation and a single layer of asphalt bituminous over an approximate length of 1,600 meters. Please note that the work will be carried out under the Support component of the MTQ's Local Road Assistance Program (PAVL). They are therefore conditional on obtaining the financial contribution from this program and the other required authorizations (if necessary; TECQ, loan by-law, etc.). The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse on February 14, 2022. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website. The fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System.
