The EAST REGION STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE IV is located on S. 25th Street from the intersection of 5th Avenue South, south to the intersection of 7th Avenue South, and then on 7th Avenue South from S. 25th Street east to the east terminus, and then south to 8th Avenue South. The project consists of approximately 385 LF 54" Dia RCP Storm Sewer Class IV, 425 LF 42" Dia RCP Storm Sewer Class IV, 400 LF 36 " Dia RCP Storm Sewer, 200 LF 24" Dia RCP Storm Sewer, 100 LF 18" Dia RCP Storm Sewer, 675 LF 15" RCP Storm Sewer, 1350 LF of 8" PVC C900 Water Main, 6 fire hydrants, 2460 LF 6" Subdrain, Remove and Replace 5 SW-301 Manholes, 7 storm manholes, 23 storm intakes, 835 LF 8" PVC SDR 23.5 Gravity Sanitary Sewer Main, 1725 CY Class 10 Excavation, 5550 SY 12" Subgrade Preparation, 5550 SY 6" Modified Subbase, 3229 SY PCC Pavement, 450 SY PCC Driveway replacement, 740 tons granular surfacing, 66 SY Brick Crosswalk with PCC Base, together with removals, seeding, traffic control, pavement markings, signage chain link fencing, erosion and sediment controls and related work. Bid Alternates for A or B Bidding of 7th Avenue South or 778 LF of 3' wide curb and gutter and 472 TN HMA Pavement, ST, PG 58-28S.
