West Water Reclamation Facility - Aeration Zones Membrane Diffuser Replacement Electronic Bidding and Contract Documents may be obtained for no fee by emailing jkerrigan@frwrd.com he Work consists of the removing, disposal off-site of existing fine bubble membrane diffused aeration equipment, and replacement in kind with new fine bubble membrane diffused aeration equipment for installation in existing Aeration Zones 5, 6, and 8 at the FRWRD West WRF, complete with all necessary tank cleaning, accessories, tools and appurtenances for a complete installation, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10 % of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER.
