Renovation of a detention facility in Rush City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
A. The work will done under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement/upgrades of the existing campus wide building automation system. This work includes replacement of controllers, space temperature sensors, and actuators as noted in the documents. 2. Modifications to the existing building automation sequences as indicated. 3. Testing & balancing of the existing air handlers and VAV boxes. This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. The deadline for submitting questions is March 3, 2022, 3:00 PM CT. All questions must be submitted in writing to Katy McCann at katy.mccann@state.mn.us. Est. Value:$ 1,619,797.00. A single representative from each company will be allowed to attend to comply with the facility COVID-19 requirements. Attendees are required to pre-register by 3:00 PM CT on Tuesday, February 22, 2021. All visitors are required to complete and return BCA consent forms by the time and date noted. Visitors will not be admitted without an approved security clearance. Attendees will meet at the main entrance to the facility. Attendees will be required to answer health screening questions and have their temperature taken prior to entrance. Masks are required by everyone entering the facility. Cellphones, tablets, and laptops will not be allowed into the facility.
