As of June 8, 2022, per the owner, this project has started construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project scope consists of approx. 2000 SF of remodeling on the second level in the Performing Arts building. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; floor patching, metal stud and drywall partitions; fire treated wood framing, hollow metal door frames and wood doors; window treatment, floor and wall finishes. Mechanical systems include plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Electrical systems include electrical power, data, and lighting. Note: Theater lighting and sound equipment supplied and installed by MSU, Mankato. The Performing Arts Building is located at 320 Maywood Avenue, Mankato, MN. Parking is available in Lot 23 (Free Lot) or in Lot 4 (Visitor Pay Lot). Plan holders are parties that have downloaded the Drawings and specifications. Registering as a plan holder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as plan holders will be notified of all addenda and other contract document updates via email from QuestCDN.
