Subject of the invitation to tender The Center de services scolaire des Chênes (hereinafter the "Centre de services scolaire ") wishes to obtain tenders in a sealed envelope to retain the services of the Contractor for the purposes of the project to replace the superstructure and the envelope of the St-Pierre School of the School Services Center.
The opening hours of the School Service Center offices are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement;
Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario;
Canadian Free Trade Agreement
The tenderer must attach the following documents to his tender: Submission Form;
Authorization to sign;
Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer;
Certificate from Revenu Québec or Absence of establishment in Québec;
Bid guarantee;
License required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1);
Contractor's construction insurance certificate;
Contractor's liability insurance certificate
Before signing the contract, the contractor must provide the following documents: Price Breakdown Form;
performance guarantee;
Guarantee of the Contractor's obligations for pledges, materials and services;
General liability insurance of $5,000,000;
Construction site insurance;
Equipment breakdown insurance;
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
