Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions Due: March 7, 2022 by noon We are looking for bids for the modernization of two elevators at Oakland University in Rochester, MI: one elevator at Elliott Hall and one elevator at Recreation and Athletics Center (RAC.) This modernization will be for all the elevator work required by the attached specification. The work shall be in conjunction with the Owner of the facility which is Oakland University. The project will be a turn key project with the selected elevator contractor becoming the prime for all related work needed to meet the current elevator code of Michigan and all other AHJ's. The modernizations will be changing out the existing power units, new controllers and auxiliary equipment as specified. The elevator proposal will include an allowance for new cab interiors. Schedule is extremely important to this project. Please provide estimated lead times with your submittal.
